Welcome. Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes. Take a slow, deep breath in… and let it out. Feel the weight of your body settling into the surface beneath you. Now bring your attention to the top of your head. Notice any sensations here. Let them soften. Slowly move your awareness down through your face, your jaw, your neck. Let each area relax as you notice it. Continue down through your shoulders, arms, and hands. Feel them heavy, warm, at ease. Bring awareness to your chest, rising and falling with each breath. Move down through your stomach, your hips, your legs, all the way to your feet. Notice your whole body now, relaxed and present. Rest here, breathing gently, for as long as you like.
