A craving is here. Breathe. Do not fight it. Do not obey it. Just watch it. Where do you feel it in your body? Chest. Mouth. Belly. Breathe into that place. Cravings are waves. They rise, peak, and fall. You do not need to act. You only need to surf. Set a timer for ten minutes. During that time, breathe. Notice the wave. Watch it change. Most cravings pass in minutes when you stop feeding them. Repeat: I am not my urges. I choose my actions. Each time I ride the wave, I get stronger.
