We want you to be satisfied with RAS BioHacker. This Policy explains your rights to cancel and request a refund for paid subscriptions.
1. EU Right of Withdrawal
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital contracts. By starting to use paid digital content immediately upon purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you lose this right once the content has begun to be delivered, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not automatically pro-rate refunds for unused time.
3. Discretionary Refunds
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service and we cannot resolve it, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge by emailing info@pixelab.gr. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Processing times by your bank or card issuer may vary.
