You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT where required. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content.
- Do not use the Service to violate laws or infringe others' rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, audio sessions, software, trademarks and design elements are the property of RAS BioHacker or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Health Disclaimer
The Service is provided for wellness and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new practice, especially if you have epilepsy, are pregnant, wear a pacemaker, or have any medical condition.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAS BioHacker and Pixelab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
